Summary
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 5–10 years of professional experience in Java and ReactJS to support mission-critical software systems for a Raytheon project. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that integrate secure backend services with dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a structured, security-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
· Design RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient communication between front-end and back-end components.
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers, systems engineers, and database administrators to implement robust software solutions.
· Participate in code reviews, integration testing, and deployment pipelines.
· Write clean, maintainable code adhering to project-specific security and coding standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack to ensure application reliability and performance.
· Support migration of legacy applications to modern web architectures where required.

Qualifications
· 5–10 years of experience in full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, and secure web application development.
· Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as Redux or Next.js.
· Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development practices.
· U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for access to defense-related systems).

Preferred
· Experience in a DoD or aerospace/defense environment.
· Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines and secure coding practices.
· Experience integrating APIs with identity management systems (OAuth2, SAML, etc.).
